I had new siding and a new roof put on my house by PEI. I found them to be very professional. They followed through with everything they said they would do. PEI- what more can I say!! Mike Hildreth started by following up on their marketing piece (a year ago) as we had hail damage. Mike is courteous and very knowledgeable about dealing with insurance companies- as our claim got dragged thru the mud – Mike and brother Brad (owner) were very professional and helped us get the best result-we are very pleased (even though it took the insurance company a year to refuse our legitimate claim- don’t use S. F. if you have a Choice)
Yesterday- Alexis and the crew showed up bright and early- well behaved and professional- happy to help! Fast, efficient and a well oil machine! Congratulations on your Reader Choice Awards for best roofing and gutter service. I just wanted to mention that P.E.I. does a fantastic job for those projects, but also offers services in other areas. I had them recently do my roof, gutters, fascia/soffits and wrapping around some windows and doors. The final project this year will be painting and I’m excited to see everything once it’s finished. I picked them because I wanted to use a local company. Plus, they have done many, many projects in my area and I hear nothing but positive comments from my neighbors. They didn’t disappoint, the crews did a great job, everything looks so nice. I couldn’t be happier.
